Rick Steiner Fell & Benowitz engages in all aspects of bank representation, including counseling lending institutions on a variety of compliance and regulatory issues; preparation and review of documentation; term loans, revolving credit loans and secured lending; letters of credit and Uniform Commercial Code matters; trade financing; and closings for commercial mortgages and loan workouts, including foreclosures and bankruptcies. In addition, RSF&B is frequently called upon to represent businesses and individuals in a diverse range of banking matters, including asset-based and unsecured commercial loans as well as senior and mezzanine financing; government-assisted and government-sponsored financing, involving the United States Small Business Administration 504 and 7A Loan Programs, and state and local industrial development agencies and authorities.
