Jacob Steiner heads our Banking and Finance practice and has been representing clients in banking and real estate matters for more than 30 years. His practice focuses on structuring secured and commercial loans, developing and negotiating real estate transactions, and financing arrangements of all types.
Mr. Steiner’s clients include both small and large financial institutions, public and private corporations, developers and investors, including owners of owner-occupied properties, commercial landlords and tenants, and family-owned, closely held and middle-market businesses.
